What students say about Anurag College of Engineering - [ACE]

Likes

  • Heaven considered the student-to-faculty ratio, and the qualifications of the faculty are too good, and the teaching methods they follow are advanced.
  • Waiting for an opportunity to work on an internship, hoping for the best in the upcoming years at our college to secure an excellent job.
  • They have provided the best IT startup companies, but some people have learned, and some didnt know what they are teaching.
  • Good scholarship is provided by the government to students who have scored over 75 percent marks in our College.
  • The college has excellent facilities for football, hockey, cricket, volleyball, three tennis courts, and badminton.
  • Most of the time, I used to suffer from food poisoning. Please make changes in the canteen food.
  • I can conclude that ACE is the best for placements overall. It also has all cultural activities supported by numerous teams and is very diverse in nature.

Dislike

  • The exam structure is very tough; exams are held under CCTV cameras, as per board rules. There are two invigilators per room. The question paper is obtained from the JNTU board, and corrections are done by the board. The results are posted on the internet.
  • Placements are coming to our college, but they are not very good or reliable companies. Furthermore, they are even accepting students with backlogs and below 50% grades

Placement Experience:

As I studied diploma, after 5 semesters students are eligible for campus placement and which will conduct in 6 semesters. Some of the company names are TATA, MAHENDRA MOTORS, WIPRO etc. The salary package is totally based on students' talent, up to 60% to 75 % of students will get placed in campus placements. As I completed my diploma I have to pursue my UG and PG the end I want to become a software

Remarks:

Actually, I got the seat in the reservation by qualifying TS POLYCET Exam in Diploma Electronic and communication engineering. On the admission date, we have to submit our certificates for verification. Reservation candidates need not pay any college fees, there just need to pay only exam fees. But due to some personal issue, I had to pay my regular college fee to management. So that I do not get any benefits by reservation.

Placement Experience:

80% of students get selected every year. Infosys, TCS etc companies visit campus and recruit students as on their requirements. Highest package paid for a student in this college was 7 LPA. Plans after getting degree should get good name to the college.

Remarks:

The admission process was by taking the EAMCET exam. One should have a percentage above 75 in the intermediate course. The application process of college took place on an online platform and if we want to join such a college we have taken all the required documents. Reservation benefits are also available. No improvement is there in the admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in both computer languages as well as the electronics branch. These qualities are there in the electronics and communication engineering branch, so I joined it. The faculty: student ratio for our branch is about 1:45 and for our college now it is 1:30. Most of the faculty had their M.Tech from deemed colleges and some of them also did their Ph.D also. The quality of education is good. There will be semester after exams once every 6 months and the mid-term term will be for twice every six months. The mid-term exams are easy to pass, but the semester exams are quite tough to pass.

Remarks:

Good colleges in this area. The placements are good. The teaching is satisfactory. There is no ragging. Good labs. But sometimes makes tension in the aspect of paying feeses. The transport facility is good. A hostel facility for girls is available. This college is going to be closed few years. It has stopped taking admissions into diploma after 2020 and also admissions into B.Tech was also stopped after the year 2020. So presently 1 year of diploma and 2 years of B.Tech classes were being conducted here. So finally there will be no eligibility to this college and no intakes allowed into college. All types of reservation benefits as given by state governments are taken into account. There will be no further admissions into this college.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year semesters, students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies like Accenture, google, Infosys, amazon, etc, visited campus for placements. highest package is 39LPA and average is 4.8LPA. The percentage f students getting placements is 98%.

Remarks:

should have minimum marks in intermediate i.e 600 and above. And for our college, not only eamcet and management quote are notreum only process to get admission into the college, Here is another process of getting into the college by attempting an entrance test named ANURAG CET, depending upon the score u have scored in the Anurag cet there will be reimbursement for the tuition fee. and also reservation benefits will be applied to EAMCET-qualified students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exams are always conducted on time. The paper pattern sometimes feels difficult and sometimes it's too much easy. It doesn't take too much out of a student just to pass. Can cover most of the syllabus in just one week. Not much time is given before the start of the exam to preparing

Remarks:

Good college with good faculty. Average infrastructure and laboratory. No cultural events. The faculty's behaviour is good. No ragging on the campus which is a nice thing. The academics are good here. Anybody can adjust to this environment. It's very much away from the city.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My keen interest in technology made me opt for this course and make a career out of it. The student-faculty ratio is around 1:15 All the teachers are well educated and have a lot of knowledge. Term exams are conducted from time to time.

Remarks:

I was allocated this seat in ace during the counselling after writing the eamcet exam of TS. If anyone interested to join ACE can take admitted through the management quota. I do not see any improvement in the admission process as for now everything is good.
