SJM College of Pharmacy is a reputed educational institution located in Chitradurga, Karnataka. It was established in the year 1983 by the SJM Vidyapeetha Group. The college enjoys the reputation of a NAAC accredited B++ Grade institute. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru.
SJM College offers various Pharmacy courses both at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels. It currently offers D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm program with 3 specializations, Pharm D and Pharm D Post Baccalaureate program. It also offers Ph.D. program in Pharmacy.
- For D.Pharm, candidate must pass 10+2 examination with Science subjects for minimum eligibility.

- For Pharm D PB, candidate need to pass B.Pharm degree examination.
- Candidate taking admission will be admitted directly at fourth year of Pharm D.
- Candidate must be of atleast 17 years of age and maximum age for applying is December 31st of year of admission.
- Candidates must furnish self-attested copies of all relevant documents at the time of application form submission.
- Applications without complete documents will be rejected without prior notice.
- Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
- For Ph.D., candidate must Master’s degree in concerned subject from RGUHS or other recognized university.
- Admission to Ph.D. is done on the entrance examination followed by Personal Interview.

SJM College of Pharmacy UG Admission 2023
SJM College of Pharmacy offers a two-year Diploma program in Pharmacy (D. Pharm.) and Bachelor in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) degree program of four-year duration. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to D.Pharm courses is a pass in PUC/10+2 or any other equivalent exam in science subjects. For B.Pharm, candidate must pass 10+2 examination with atleast 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology and Biotechnology. The college also offers direct lateral entry admission to D.Pharm course with atleast 50% marks.
Candidates for these courses are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the Science subjects in the qualifying exam.

SJM College of Pharmacy PG and Ph.D. Admission 2023
SJM College of Pharmacy offers a two-year Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm.) degree program, Pharm D, three-year Pharm. D. (Pharm D PB) program and a Ph.D. program in Pharmacy at the post-graduate level. Specializations that are currently being offered under the M. Pharm program include Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmacology.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the M.Pharm and Pharm D (PB) programs is a B. Pharm degree approved by the Pharmacy council of India. For Pharm D, candidate must pass PUC examination with D.Pharm or PUC examination in PCM/PCB/PCMB.
For admission to the Ph.D. program, candidates must hold a M.Pharm degree at the least in order to be eligible. Selection of candidates for the M.Pharm, Pharm D, Pharm D (PB) programs is done on the basis of merit of marks of the qualifying exam.
Ph.D. candidates are selected through an entrance exam conducted by the institute, followed by a personal interview session.

- Candidates who have qualified UGC-NET/ JRF do not require to take the entrance exam for Ph.D. admission.
