BSW Admission Process 2023

BSW admission takes place mainly through direct admissions. It is based on the cut-off lists issued by that university or college. Some universities like Osmania University also conduct an Aptitude Test.
Direct Admissions: Amity University provides direct admissions through a management quota but most government institutions do not have a management quota thus direct admission is not available in these institutions.
Lateral Entry: The candidates can get admission into the second and third year of BSW through lateral entry in colleges like the Delhi Institute of Professional Studies. The criteria differ across the college.

BSW is an undergraduate course and to pursue this course, few colleges conduct entrance examinations. In most colleges, the admission process is conducted based on merit. Both online and offline processes of admission are conducted in the colleges that offer BSW courses. The online admission process is as follows:-

Students need to complete registration by applying on the institute’s admission portal.

Upload the required documents like AADHAR, Marksheet, Caste certificate etc.
Pay the application fee through NEFT.
