DUCET 2022 Application Form, Registration Dates, Eligibility and Fees

DUCET 2022 Application Form will be made available in PDF Format from November 2022, on the official website. Candidates can take the print out of the application form, fill it and submit it at the office before the application deadline. The application fee for a general category candidate is INR 500 and for SC/ST category candidates it is INR 250. DUCET 2022 will be conducted in the second week of November 2022 across various test centers in India. The direct link to register for DUCET 2022 has been provided below.

DUCET Eligibility

DUCET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Before filling up the DUCET 2022 Application Form, all candidates must be aware of the eligibility criteria set by the Dravidian University. All the candidates should meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the application form. After clearing the eligibility criteria, the applicant can apply for the DUCET Exam. Here are the Eligibility Criteria of DUCET 2022 Exam which is given as follow:

Nationality:

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit:

  • There are no age criteria to apply

Qualification:

  • Postgraduate courses: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant course from any recognized university.
  • Undergraduate courses: Applicants should have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent exam for admission to any of these programs.
  • An applicant who is appearing for a qualifying examination can also apply for DUCET 2022
  • Applicant must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying exam.
  • 5% relaxation in marks will be provided to SC/ST/OBC/differently-abled candidates

How to Apply for DUCET 2022?

Before filling up the DUCET 2022 Application Form, Candidates must check the eligibility criteria of DUCET 2022. The candidates who will meet the eligibility criteria can fill the application form in offline mode. He/she can download the application form from the official website.

Steps to apply for DUCET 2022 are given below:

DUCET 2022 Application form along with the university prospectus can be obtained from Dean’s office in person by paying a DD of INR 500(including both the application form and the prospectus)for the candidates belonging to the General category(INR 250 for SC/ST/PHC).

The application forms can also be downloaded from the official website. 

Following documents are required to be enclosed along with DUCET 2022 Application Form:

Candidates must enclose self-attested copies of the documents mentioned below in the given serial order to ensure secure candidature.

Documents should be attached in the serial order as follows:

  • Completely and correctly filled the Application Form
  • Certificate for certifying age
  • Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
  • Self-Attested copies of certificates/degrees and Marks-sheets
  • Conduct Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • Four recent passport-size photographs of the candidate.
  • Demand Draft
  • Other certification as claimed

Note: A single application form can be used for multiple courses by setting up the order of preferences in the application form.

DUCET 2022 Application Form: Fee

DUCET 2022 Application fee has to be paid in the form of demand draft only, drawn in favor of the Registrar, Dravidian University payable at Kuppam. DUCET 2022 Application fee depends upon the category of the candidate. The details are mentioned below:

DUCET 2022 Application Form: Correction

There is no provision for correction in the DUCET 2022 Application form. Once the application form is submitted, it will be considered as final.

Candidates should observe and follow the instructions mentioned below to successfully complete DUCET 2022 Application Process:

  • Check DUCET 2022 Application Form carefully before submission with all the required fields filled properly. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
  • The facts mentioned in the Application Form will be verified both at the time of examination and admission.
  • Multiple applications are not accepted. Hence, a candidate must fill one form only.
  • Upload clear and latest photos on the Application form. The candidate shall be detained from appearing in the examination or shall not be admitted in any institution if the photograph does not match properly.
  • Candidates are advised to send their DUCET 2022 Application form soon after they have completed his/her application process to ensure it reaches on time.
  • Dravidian University shall not be responsible for any delay in the post office.
