JNUEE 2022 Admit Card (Out), City Intimation Slip, Exam Centers

JNUEE 2022 Admit Card for Ph.D courses has been released on December 5, 2022 by NTA at jnuexams.nta.ac.in. Candidates can download the admit card using their Application Number and Password/ DOB. The advance city intimation slip for JNUEE 2022 was issued on December 1, 2022. Candidates can check/download JNUEE 2022 City Intimation Slip at the official website. The city intimation slip contains details about the field of study, date, and allotted city and the admit card will contain details about the examination center. JNUEE 2022 is going to be conducted on December 7, 8, 9, 10, 2022 in CBT mode at different exam centres.

  • Admit card is a mandatory document and candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam hall without an authentic and proper admit card.
  • In case of any conflicts or discrepancies, the decision of the University will be final and binding.

JNUEE 2022 City Intimation Slip

NTA has released the advanced city intimation slip for JNUEE 2022 on December 1, 2022. Candidates can download the intimation slip by using their application number and date of birth from the official website - jnuexams.nta.ac.in. 

JNUEE 2022 City Intimation Slip contains details regarding the field of study and the allotted city for the examination.

How to Download JNUEE 2022 Admit Card?

 Candidates will have to download the admit card online through the Jawaharlal Nehru University’s official website. The step by step procedure to download the admit card has been given below:

  • Visit the official website of JNU
  • Look for JNUEE 2022 page and click on it.
  • A flash link stating JNUEE 2022 Admit Card will appear on the screen, click on it.
  • A new window will appear on the screen, enter log in credentials here.
  • Enter application number and password and click on ‘Submit’.
  • Check all the details mentioned on it. After verification, download it.
  • Take multiple printed copies of it for future reference.

Details on JNUEE 2022 Admit Card

 Verification of the details in the Admit Card is mandatory as errors if not highlighted will be considered as malpractice. JNUEE Admit card will contain the below mentioned details:

  • Application Number - This is the number allotted at the time of application submission
  • Programme applied for – Course opted by the candidate
  • Name of the candidate – It will same as mentioned in class 10 certificate
  • Date of the Birth
  • Category
  • Photograph – It should be recent and taken in a light background
  • Signature – This should match the candidate’s signature during verification
  • Invigilator Signature – This will be a blank box. The invigilator at the exam center will sign the card after successful verification process
  • Exam Venue – The venue details with complete address
  • Exam Date
  • Exam Time
  • Reporting time

Documents Required with Admit Card/ Hall Ticket

 Candidates will have to carry an authorised government original identity proof along with them at the time of the exam. The list of accepted documents include:

  • Aadhar Card
  • Driving License
  • Pan Card
  • Voter Id Proof
  • Passport

Full name, date of birth and signature in the identity proof should be the same as in Admit card. In case of mismatch, the university can dismiss or stop candidate from writing the exam on grounds of malpractice.


JNUEE 2022 Exam Centers

Candidates can select the exam center based on their feasible location at the time of application form submission. The university will permit the candidates to change / edit the exam centre till the last day of the application submission. Candidates will not be permitted to change their exam center after it.

The JNUEE 2022 is conducted in 54 locations in India as well as abroad. The exam center is allotted on basis of first come first serve basis and on the criteria of availability. The list of exam centers is given below:

JNUEE 2022 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates are advised to keep the below points in mind on JNUEE 2022 exam day for smooth commencement of the exam:

  • Visit the exam center an hour earlier to the exam center to avoid any delays due to verification.
  • JNUEE is an online exam and candidates need not carry anything with them except an admit card, identity proof, smudge-free pen for signing, pencil, eraser, and sharpener
  • Candidates need not carry any rough sheet with them and it will be provided by the university
  • The rough sheet used for calculation purposes should be returned back while exiting the exam hall
  • Candidates will not be allowed to carry any electronic devices like mobile phone, Calculator, smartwatch, etc
  • The management will not be responsible for the loss of the candidate’s belonging
  • Hence, candidates are asked to make necessary arrangements while entering the exam hall
  • Candidates will be asked to sign the necessary documents and also asked to give a thump impression for documentation purposes
  • Candidates should carry the admit card and Identity proof without fail
  • Candidates should not fidget or look around during the exam time
  • In case of any system-related issues, Candidates should intimate the invigilator to make necessary arrangements
