- Students admitted to the Higher Secondary Course through open school or have appeared for all the subjects in the First Year HSE/ 1st Year HSE improvement exam.
- Students admitted to the Second Year HSE course from other boards or institutions and those who registered and appeared for all the subjects as lateral entry at the 1st year HSE improvement examination.
- Students readmitted to the 2nd year Higher Secondary Course via open school during 2022-23 and at the same time, appeared for all subjects in the 1st year Higher Secondary improvement exam 2022 as lateral entry candidates.
- Those who were readmitted to the second year higher secondary course in March 2022 and completed the 2nd year course. But later, cancelled their registration for the 2nd year HSE exam.
