NEET SS 2022 - Eligibility criteria
The National Board of Education has a set of pre described eligibility criteria which the candidates will have to fulfill in order to be eligible for the NEET SS 2022:
- Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree or equivalent from a recognised University.
- Candidates appearing for the Final sem exams of PG in 2022 are eligible.
- Candidates must be registered with the Medical Constitution of India (MCI) or any of the State Medical Council.
Eligibility Criteria for International Students
International students need not be registered with the Medical Constitution of India (MCI). However, they need to be registered with the Medical Constitution of their respective countries which will help them seek a temporary registration with the MCI which will be valid till the course completion.
NEET 2022 Application Form
Candidates willing to appear for NEET SS 2022 shall complete the application process online and there is no requirement to send the hard copy of the application form via post.
- Candidates will have to fill out the basic details including their academic details and a scanned photograph, signature and a thumb impression.
- Once all the details are filled with care, candidates will have to pay the application fee ONLY in the online mode.
- The application fee for NEET SS is INR 4250/- irrespective of the categories.
NEET SS 2022: Admit Card
Admit Card for NEET SS will be released online on the official website only. Candidates who fulfil all the eligibility criteria and complete the application process successfully only will receive an update on the Admit card release.
Candidates will have to download the admit card from the official website and take a print out of the same at the time of the examination barring which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
NOTE:
- In case of any speciality preferred by the candidate at the time of form filling, will also be specified in the admit card. Hence, it becomes very essential to carry the same to the examination venue.
- To avoid any dispute, candidates are also suggested to carry any one valid government approved ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, etc.)

NEET SS 2022: Documents Required for Admission
The regulating authorities have notified all the participating institutes as well the candidates to submit the following documents without fail to seek an admission in any of the affiliated institutes. The documents include:
- Provisional Allotment letter
- Result issued by the National Board of Education (NBE)
- Postgraduate degree certificate in the selected specialty course

Ans: YES, any candidate appearing for their final sem / year examinations of the postgraduate degree are eligible to appear for NEET SS 2022 examination.
Ques: When will NEET SS 2022 admit cards be released?
Ans: NEET SS 2022 admit cards are expected to be released anywhere between 1st week of June to mid-June 2022.
Ques: Can I select my desired examination center?
Ans: NO, candidates do not get the flexibility to select the examination center.
Ques: Is there any age limit to apply for NEET SS exam?
Ans: NO, there is no upper limit considering the age (unless the candidate belongs to the retirement range as per Indian constitution). However, candidates who have completed their postgraduate degree are ONLY considered to be eligible.
Ques: Is there any other exam similar to NEET SS?

Ans: There is no reservation in the NEET SS and hence there is a general cut off for all the appearing candidates.
