I firmly believe that education is the only sector which gives you tremendous opportunities to build students character and career, which ultimately contribute to the growth of the nation and society. Although I have lots of startups and I work as a consultant for many people, the satisfaction I receive by working in the education sector is totally unbeatable and incomparable. And when my students start their own business or any new job, I feel very happy and proud to be their mentor. So these factors collectively I believe have kept me associated with the education sector.

What would you like people to know about your college?

Our college has established an amazing infrastructure and research facilities in college for our students. And we do have modernized labs to conduct experiments to strengthen subjects' concepts of students. Apart from this, we do have highly educated and extensively experienced faculty members who keep upgrading themselves and their teaching methodologies to teach students and inculcate best skills in them. Overall, we all work as a family to provide the finest quality education to students and enhance the business value of our college.

We do have a diverse range of students in our college, and while the majority of them are from our own country India, many of them are from foreign countries as well. What are your roles and responsibilities for the college and the students?

Being the Campus Director, my responsibility is to ensure my students receive the best education, industrial experience and amenities in college. And making students ready to work confidently in the industrial world so that they can strengthen the economy of our country is also my responsibility.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

"Leadership for me is all about working and learning together as a team"

I believe in an inclusive and collaborative way of working. And whenever I make any decision, be it for students or the institute itself, I ensure to include all our stakeholders from students parents to students, faculties, staff and management. And when faculty members come to me with certain action plans or queries, I analyze things from my point of view and try to understand what objective faculties want to achieve at the end. Also, I regularly interact with my students too to address and resolve their queries on time. 

What do you think should be the college's top priority over the next 10 years?

"It should be to implement the vision and mission of our founders in the best possible way"

In my opinion, we should focus on enhancing our education system and research opportunities for the betterment of students, teachers and college as a whole. And I am confident enough that under the guidance of our Founder President Dr. Ashok Chauhan, Chancellor Dr. Atul Chauhan, we will be achieving all our goals and accomplishing all missions by bringing a positive change in the life of students and youths.

How are the placement statistics of your Amity Global Business School?

The placement statistics of our college is amazing and we have collaborated with lots of reputed companies and organizations who regularly visit our college to recruit students for various profiles. And the reason behind this is definitely our presence across the globe. Also, we have established a Corporate Relationship Cell in our college to bring the best opportunities for students. Many of our bright students have secured amazing packages of 17 and 21 LPA and this says it all.

How do you guide and prepare your students to deal with the outside competitive world?

"By providing them necessary training programs and adjusting our teaching practices as per their needs"

We take care of our students' academic and non-academic needs from day one and nurture them very carefully. And hence, we arrange a lot of customized training and personality development sessions in collaboration with our industry partners to strengthen students' aptitude and communication skills. Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

I would like to advise my students and youths of our society to do hard work to achieve their dreams, because there is no shortcut to success. Also, keep yourself motivated and updated with what's new happening in your surroundings. And when you make any decision, don't take it in hurry, analyze your goals properly and define the outcome which you would like to establish at the end. Because life without purpose is of no use and only your goals will help you to move forward and create a better life for yourself and your loved ones.
