Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Sourav Kumar Saha: “It is an offline GD on the topic of Demonetisation. There were 10 people in the group and the total time allotted was 15 min. First 10 min we have to discuss the topic. After that everyone has to give their own opinion of that topic within 30 sec.”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Sourav Kumar Saha: “Demonetisation.”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Sourav Kumar Saha: “I spoke about the points of rural India on Demonetisation. Like - what was the real scenario over there, there are so many people who do not have cards to withdraw many, they don't have online payment systems, very less number of bank branches where they had to go for money.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Sourav Kumar Saha: “That was an offline interview in a 5-star hotel. 2 panels are there with one member each. My interview was on my education knowledge, my general knowledge, and some generic HR questions which were almost 20 min long.”
