Dr. Anokhi Shah is the Head of Department of clinical research at Indus University. She acquired 10 years of experience in clinical trial field in clinical trial and in the Hospital industry and 2 years of Teaching Experience in Academy.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“Research methodologies for creating awareness about the crucial learning provided by our institute”

Health research has high value to society. The different approaches to research provide complementary insights. Research information can be provided to higher secondary students in various schools and classes, and inspire them to select the wide scope of research work in the healthcare industry. Visiting various schools and colleges is the best marketing tool to get the administration of the clinical research section of the health care system. Awareness among science students and all basic science graduates and all medical graduates will be booming. Various webinars, seminars should be conducted along with the training partner and also for parents.

How does the curriculum of your department ensure the best practice of the industry?

“Internships and clinical training are the hallmarks of preparing students for experienced learning”

The curriculum of the department includes basic Management subjects with clinical trial insights, Project Management and Healthcare Management subjects, etc.

The curriculum includes internship and project training and also a practical subject which is a real industry experience. While the broad areas seem to be similar, the actual information given under each can vary significantly. Secondly, while the knowledge domain is often effectively addressed to a reasonable extent through classroom teaching programs, exposure to the skills domain, especially soft skills and interpersonal skills, case studies, and group discussion included.

The role of effective training in professional development is very significant.

What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“International medical approach and exposure for better medical facilities”

The University calls for a greater focus on educational quality in all programs, as well as a focus on ensuring that all programs include a balance of academic, practical, and civic knowledge and skills. To achieve this goal, the University should put more emphasis on teaching skills when training, hiring and providing ongoing professional development for faculty. The authors also call for improving the stability of employees, which are often focused on teaching. Finally, the University encourages colleges to continue experimenting with new models of online and hybrid courses also on the virtual platform. These formats show great potential to expand access and flexibility for students, but the authors argue that the potential hasn’t yet been fully realized.

“Improving and bringing unity among students with bringing together every culture to the institute”

1. Good Relationships. Get started early. Build positive relationships with students and parents, your colleagues, superiors, and your subordinates.
2. Clear Communication. Speak their language. Use humor, tech, or other strategies to get on their level. ...
