What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for Indus University specifically?

“The reduction in overall students’ enrolment for engineering”

One of the major challenges is that day by day the number of students applying for engineering admissions is decreasing, which reduces the number of admissions. Even if we get a sufficient number of admission, it becomes difficult to get students with a good academic record. Apart from these concerns, Indus University has a good Industry and Academia connection, but it can be improved by putting more effort into the existing strengths and innovative practices.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Strengthen the base of technical education to be a good engineer”

As this is fast-changing technology, any Computer Engineering student needs to be strong in all fundamental subjects of this field so that as and when new technology comes they can easily grasp it.
