What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Information Literacy and gaining a new perspective of knowledge and learning”

Education is entering the digital era, where being able to read and write is simply not enough. People also need information literacy, which is the capacity to make sense of information and data. Students need to learn how to see the world from different perspectives, via various types of resources, while also being able to appreciate different ways of thinking. The education sector provides us with innovative learning aspects.


What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Leading with Optimism and positive attitude for better decision making of the institute”

In our institute, we follow participative leadership for gathering several ideas and thoughts. Democracy creates the best and smooth management in our institute. A leader who naturally assumes some people will always lack the potential to truly succeed will often overlook strengths in both their employees and themselves. However, a leader who is optimistic about everyone’s potential will constantly be on the lookout for qualities and traits they wish to cultivate in themselves and their team members.


How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“Numerous marketing strategies both at online platform and offline areas”

We at our institute follow a planned structure and procedure to work things in a favor of the institute. We first identify our goals and objectives to be fulfilled. We revamp the website of the institute to create a full coverage marketing media online. We use Instagram, quora, and several other social media sites to create good branding and reputation for the college. We use multichannel marketing to measure the progress of the institute's marketing and reputation among the Nation.


In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here at your university?

“A hub of innovation, creativity, and leadership is the uniqueness we ought to carry”

Students are encouraged to innovate, create, and develop their interpersonal skills by participating in various national and international level competitions. How does the curriculum of your department ensure the best practice of the industry?

In today’s educational system, the participation of industries in curriculum design and delivery at institutions and universities is very much essential to prepare the students for employment. This will bridge the gap between the industry and institutions and will enable the students to become industry-ready. This will also reduce the time, effort, and resources spent on the students at industries before they will take up the real projects.
