Why do you like to be in the education sector?

“The education sector has helped me to lead a disciplined life”

I like to share my knowledge with others, whether related to fashion or other aspects. I have attained more discipline in my life, which has helped me do better time management. Time Management is an advantage in this sector, due to which I can work as a freelance Designer as well as I can spend time with my family. Thus, I feel grateful to be a part of this thriving sector.

What are the factors behind this successful career in this department?

“It is essential to delve and align the ideologies with students to create the best outcomes”

I think communication is the most crucial key. One should always communicate with students. I balance discipline and a friendly atmosphere with students so that they will never hesitate to interact. We should always think out of the box. It should be more practical work and fun but constructively. They should feel learning is fun rather than boring.

Being in such a good position of leadership, can you please tell something about your leadership skill?

“A positive attitude and outlook helps to tackle all challenges”

The most important is self-development and communication skills - a positive attitude to face all challenges. In the workplace, I keep things more creative and unique to keep an impact on students. I always keep inspiring students, which helps them to keep motivated. As a leader, the responsibility for both failure and success should be taken. In any situation, I take ownership of the actions and try to find a better solution for it. I always appreciate them for their work.

“To achieve anything in life one has to commit to continuous hard work. There is no shortcut to hard work. In addition, we need to wait for the right time and right opportunity to show our skills and talent. Just believe in yourself”

What are your thoughts about the education system?

“The new reforms will bring new learning opportunities for everyone”

The education system was facing harsh tides until now. Recently, the system has taken steps to improve the syllabus. Students will choose in their secondary section to know their actual skill or talent and in which field they can give their best. In addition, we all are leaving a digital life today. So I feel the education system should be paper-free in the future. There should be no burden on students; also, work that is more practical should be given. They should enjoy learning rather than getting pressurized.

What is the best part of your institute, which is different from others?

“A budding environment ensures a growing space for each individual”

It has been two years since I am working with INIFD Mumbai Ghatkopar. The directors have created a thriving and a learning space in the institute. They are taking care of each problem related to institute betterment, students, faculties, or staff. There is always equal contribution and coordination from each one in institute activities (indoor or outdoor). We always work here as a ‘TEAM’. There is no discrimination. It helps to keep a healthy relationship with all.

What are your thoughts about the youth of this country?

“Youth possess high energy to drive the country towards betterment”

Youth is the future of our country. I remember the words of Mahatma Gandhi - If we are to reach real peace in the world, we shall have to begin with children. These are the peoples whose current needs, rights, and experiences must be considered seriously. The more we increase the active participation and partnership with young people, the better we serve them.
