What are the upcoming Educational Trends because of the Pandemic?

“Pandemic has taught us a lot in this time of Kaliyuga”

I believe this pandemic situation is an act of God. God has come on to this earth to bring harmony, peace, and love. It has taught us a lot. Old is gold. Due to the latest generations and practices evil is more on this earth than good, as per karma philosophy said in Bhagavad Geeta, evil may be removed during this Kaliyuga end, and love, peace, and harmony are established and may enter into Satya Yuga.

Already for the last one and half years our education system is out of gear and being promoted to the next classes and missing one to one classes. Doesn’t matter. Health is wealth. It is reminding everyone to follow the old tradition of Our heritage and culture.

How do you ensure that new updates on education are reached out to students?

“Providing students with interactive online meetings and Chatbots”

It is everyone’s prime responsibility to follow the instructions issued by our competent regulatory bodies and the instructions from the government to follow in toto. The Syllabus of Pharmacy gets updated at regular intervals. It is a department in which every day a new concept gets introduced and old concepts get updated. Therefore, the update of the syllabus is the most important part of the curriculum. Several strategies are also designed to help students to cope up with the changing syllabus of the departments.

How do you ensure the flow of education in your organization?

“Providing Students with Online Courses, Industrial visits along with following COVID-19 Guidelines”

As far as possible we are imparting the education and training to our students on virtual and physical mode following the covid protocol. No doubt we are doing our best. Despite the pandemic, the practical education for our college has not stopped at all. I ensured that the virtual industrial visits take place at regular intervals. At our college, we provide online classes at regular intervals. Various courses are offered with qualified faculty who are committed to providing quality education. Also, we regularly organize industrial visits, seminars, and speaker speeches that help them to gain practical knowledge.

What according to you should be the top priority over 10 years?

“To obtain the NAAC Accreditation, NBA Accreditation, and ISO Certification”

Happy to share that our college has got a good reputation. However, we must go for NAAC accreditation, NBA accreditation, and ISO certification. Already we are in the process of filing the applications. But, still, some improvements are required. Some of those improvements are as follows:

  1. Dual control by Apex bodies. AICTE and Pharmacy Council of India.
  2. APHERMC: fee structure drastically changed which hampered the progress.
  3. Education Promotion in the hands of PROs.
  4. Unethical practices are being implemented by some organizations.

What do you see as Ideal institute’s greatest strength?

Placement is the greatest strength at our college which acts as the topmost reason for students to take admission here. We have a Placement Cell that provides 100% placement assistance. We also provide Practical Training to the students which gives us an extra edge.

If every qualified student gets employment in an organization to his/her satisfaction it is a great achievement. And, that satisfaction is the biggest achievement of our institute.
