Studied at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management (2019)

Jain University by JGI group in Bangalore is spread over an area of 300 acres. It provides 80 courses and accepts exams such as CAT/JET/KMAT/GMAT/CMAT.

Now, talking about reviews is not very convincing. Let me share one of my friends' experiences, who passed out from Jain University.

He said that Jain University is one of the meager colleges for pursuing MBA.

  • The first thing is that management is bad, not helpful or cooperative.
  • The management is highly unprofessional, whether it is the dean or other management officials.
  • Leaving one or two teachers good while others are not up to mark. They don’t have in-depth knowledge of their domains.
  • The placement report is not satisfying as Placement in HR & Marketing is very low. No placement was done for batch 2018 - 2020 in HR.
  • Finance students were offered an average salary package of 3 - 4 LPA.

Overall, he told me that it was a complete waste of money to get admission in Jain University for an MBA. It’s better to prepare for CAT/XAT/MAT and get a decent college than this. This University is overhyped.

The college doesn’t hold much of a good report. So, if you have to take admission here, think twice.
