How do I get a transcript from PTU Jalandhar?

To get the transcripts, you will need to go to the PTU Jalandhar campus. Visit the admission department and ask for the same. You need to fill out a form and pay a nominal fee. After you submit the form with all required documents, the transcripts will be dispatched to the address that you have mentioned on your form. You will get the transcripts via registered speed post.

One of my friends works at the admin office and here are some tips I can let you know, which might help you understand better.

If you need Transcripts for ECA evaluation or other purposes, you need not visit PTU Jalandhar if you have done your degree from PTU Jalandhar or its affiliated colleges. The process costs around INR 4000 including the courier charges.

The process is as follows-

Create an account on the WES Canada website. After filling in all the details and paying your fees for it, you will be given WES Reference Number.
Download the Academic Records Request Form. Fill the form and go to your respective college and get it signed or stamped as this form will be required.
Keep the scanned copy of the Academic Records request form and all the DMCs, degree, and ID card scanned copies.
Go to the PTU Support website to apply for Transcripts and create a new account by signing up.
After Logging, add your course profile and fill in all the relevant details.Post A New Ticket and fill in the details required.
Apply for WES/ IQAS/ ICES/ CES and Other Foreign Agencies and under that choose the option of Transcript with attestations of all DMC, degree with Academic request form.
After clicking on next, you will have to upload your documents and give the full address of WES along with the WES Reference number.

After the fees are paid to PTU, it will take around 10 working days and will upload all the required documents attested on their official website which will be available to be viewed. It will be a PDF file with all the documents scanned and attested.
