Yes, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET. IMT Ghaziabad CDL offers PGDM that is AICTE approved and equivalent to MBA. So, you can appear for UGC NET, if you are pursuing a PGDM distance learning from IMT Ghaziabad. Naturally, you need to fulfill the other eligibility criteria like the required percentage in masters.

One of my friends is from IMT Ghaziabad. Let me share the information I gathered from him. This might give you a basic idea about your query.

Having a postgraduate degree is mandatory for the student to appear for the UGC NET exams. You must have secured 55% marks to be eligible.
For the NET JRF, the age of the candidate(s) must be below the age of 30.
But for the lectureship for the NET, there are no age criteria.
Candidates belonging to a reserved category will be given a relaxation of 5 years and 5% in age and educational criteria.

If the institution you are in has the membership of AIU, then your PGDM will be equivalent to MBA and you will be capable of appearing for the UGC NET exams.
