Many students find it difficult to pass JNTUK M1 exam, in B.Tech first year. Here are some preparation tips that can help score better.

M1 covers a lot of Trigonometric and integrational formulas and sums. Try to learn the basics of the formulas. You have covered these formulas in intermediate and 10th. Even if you learn the basics of very easy formulas, it will help you grasp the concept and eventually score better.
Learn the procedure of sums in every chapter. During the examination, don't leave an entire problem, try to solve it up to the point you can. If your steps are right, you may get step marks.

Practice daily. Solving previous year's question papers can help a lot in your preparation too.

M1 (Mathematics 1) is a very tough exam and some of the brightest students also sometimes fail to clear this exam and this subject is the first backlog for most of the students. But here are a few tips from the students who have successfully cleared the M1 exam.

Matrices with Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors and Laplace transform and applications - these two sections are quite scoring.

Here are also a few useful tips to do well in the M1 examination.

Time Management: There is an essays section. It contains more marks than other questions but also takes a lot of time to prepare and write the answers. So give more priority to write the essays by starting with them and then go for shorts.
Presentation: The presentation of your answers is very important. The examiner will always be in a hurry to check more papers because a JNTUH examiner is paid around 12 rupees per paper, so the examiner would check more papers to earn more money. So you will have to present your answers in a beautiful way to grab the attention of the examiner and it will also increase your chances of getting higher marks.
Practice: Regular practice is very important to not only clear the M1 exam but every other exam. Practicing regularly will be very handy to solve the questions in the M1 exam as the questions will be method-oriented and you won't get the same questions every time. So practicing different kinds of questions regularly will be very helpful to pass this exam.
