Remarks :

For being eligible for writing comedk you must have passed 12th by 60% marks. The application form is available on the comedk.org website. For students other than Karnataka region there is no type of reservation.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have chosen this course as from childhood I was interested in both hardware and software things. Faculty members are supportive. In class boys to girls, the ratio is about 4:3. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. Holder. There are 3 internals and 1 sem-end exam and it's easy to score.

Class Size : 128Course Fees : INR 252000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are many companies like MS software that comes in the 5th semester onward and give internships as a software developer. Recently a company named Adverk came and give me an internship with a stipend of 12,000. if you have good project and skill knowledge you will get an internship in a good company.

Placement Experience :

Placement is good in this college. About 90% of students get placed. For vtu scheme, 6th semester students are eligible, and for autonomous 5th sem. Many companies like Accenture, Amazon, TCS, dell, intel, AMD, and adobe. etc. visit our campus. My plan after my degree is to do a PSU job.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are a little bit higher compared to a student who is taken admission through kcet. A loan facility is available in our college. If you have a scored of more than 80% in PUC/12th then you can apply for a government scholarship.

Campus Life :

If you are looking for a big campus then at this point you will get disappointed, the campus is a bit small. There are many clubs like the nature club, coding club, and NSS. There is only one fest named Tatva that happens in July. As attendance is 85 % compulsory you have to attend regularly. The sports department is there and you can take participate in many activities.

Hostel Facilities :

In the hostel, there are two types of rooms available 3/4 sharing. The fees are a little bit higher. You get a Wi-Fi connection. Rooms are well maintained. If you are North Indian then you may get good food quality. For a hostel, you just have to write a letter to the principal to allow for living in a hostel.

Placement Experience:

4th-semester students are eligible for campus placement. Approx 30 to 40 company visits for placement. The highest package is 25 lakh and the average package is 500000. Approx 90 per cent of students got placed in the CSE branch. I take placement after the degree.

Althoough the collage is good for studies

From the 6th semester, the student becomes eligible for campus placement. Wipro, Infosys, Phonepay, Accenture, and so many other companies. The highest package offered is around 24 LPA. And the average is 3 LAP.

Placements are very good in our college but if we need placements our cgpa should be more than 7 or else it is difficult to get placement on the campus. If our cgpa is more than 7 we can easily get placed in a campus interview.
