Anyone with average marks can apply through the COMEDK examination or you can also apply through the management quota. The application form comes out during JEE times and the exam is held in an offline mode Army brats can get a scholarship or if you are from J&K you can study for free

Course Curriculum Overview :

Faculty to student ratio is 1:65 approximately. Most of the facilities have done masters and very few of them have done Ph.D. Exams are held every month that is internals and quite easy to pass if you start preparing 3 days prior

Placement Experience :

Placement orientation starts during 5th sem and goes on till the 6th sem From the 7th sem onwards placement grind starts and you will be placed if you have a decent cgpa and basic skillset. The highest package was around 9 9.5 lac and the lowest is 3.25 Almost all students from the tech branch get placed

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For 2024 grads tuition fee was 211000 and the hostel fee was 70000. For the next batch, it went up to somewhere 240000 and the hostel was 85000 right now. On campus, you can get placed average package is 5 lacs and scholarship chances are less

Campus Life :

Extracurricular culture is not there as in other colleges once in a while you will have some tournaments. Hackathons are arranged frequently and club culture is not there, but you can make one. The website is not there.

BMSCE - the oldest and most prestigious college of Bangalore

Placement Experience:

Placements are excellent at BMSCE students get placed from the 5th semester onwards. Some companies which visit include Infosys, Intel, hp, Cisco, etc. The highest package will be 40 to 50 LPA each year and the average package is around 9lpa. In CSE the placements are almost 100% but considering all branches it's around 80%. I am planning to do a job after my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to be an engineer that's why I chose this course. Student 21 and teachers 12 it's the ratio. Teachers are very well qualified but lack the experience that's why teachers join our college to get some experience The teaching is good and smart classes are available. Sem exams are conducted after every 4 months and 3 internals are conducted. Its somewhat difficult to pass the exams, If you study a bit you can pass them.
