Life at MRCE without placements

Remarks :

I wrote the EAMCET exam and got a 27000 rank and as I belong to OC I could not get into any top colleges whereas my friends with 50000 ranks got into top colleges because of their caste SC/ST. And by seeing the rank colleges and branches will be allocated to everyone if you don't like your college you can try for second counseling but you won't get a better college. And if you apply for a scholarship then your fee of 30,000 will be paid by the government. I think caste-wise allotment should be removed so that every student can get good colleges depending on their marks, not on their caste

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course as I got it in my EAMCET counseling I did not plan to take this course or this college but because of my financial status I could not afford a management seat I joined this college. you will find faculty who are inexperienced and also very less faculty who will teach properly and every class will be appointed a class teacher for taking care of attendance and everything. only some teachers are experienced most of them are young who completed BTech and join as junior lecturers they learn before the day prepare notes and read them in class you can pass exams if you study by yourself also before the day of the exam and you will have 2 semesters per year which should be written at end of each semester

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If you get a seat by entrance exam then the fee will be 60,000 per year without bus fee or hostel fee and if you buy a seat the cost will be 80,000 per year. It is a waste to take a management seat at this college. The scholarship will be given by a government e-pass scholarship of 30,000 rupees. 2) NO PLACEMENTS AT ALL! I think I was very disappointed with this all my friends are placed already with at least 2 job offers and here we don't even get one campus placement and don't even expect anything but as the fee is less you can take just for BTech certificate

Campus Life :

you will have small fests if there is any festival and a college fest once a year for 2 days and a combined annual day with 2 other colleges. Don't expect many fests and activities. you can find books related to your course in the library. You can peacefully study there. classrooms are decent with good lighting and projector in some classes. limited sports facilities and teachers but if you want to participate in competitions you can take permission from the principal and go and participate. you will have social groups like SAHAAY and NSS they will help poor people and conduct medical camps sometimes and help in conducting events which are run by students only

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Computer Science and Engineering because I want to become a software engineer with a good remote job and chase my dreams of going on a world tour. The faculty of the college are pretty friendly and are easy to engage with when there are issues related to studies or the college. Few of the college faculty members are well-educated with a Ph.D. certificate. The term exams will be conducted after every completion of two and a half units of the syllabus and the difficulty of the pass could be a 6/10.
