Remarks :
The admission process was quite easy almost everything was online. No exams were conducted I just had to submit the documents once my seat was confirmed. Eligibility for the course is 12th pass from any stream with a minimum of 60% marks. Application forms can be found in the computer science department for BCA or other departments for their respective course.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is outdated as the syllabus is still from 2012. Faculty members are all well-educated and professional. The faculty-student ratio is quite good. Each department has a minimum of 10-12 teachers. Almost every teacher has a Ph.D. or pursuing one. Every teacher has their teaching style and it's easy to understand. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester exams and sometimes teachers take tests every 2 weeks or so. Exams are not that difficult.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees structure is not very expensive but considering other colleges it's still high. Fees have not hiked in the past 3 years and the cost to study is affordable. The only con is that the college offers a limited amount of on-campus placements provided by companies like hp etc. I haven't gotten any internship, scholarship, or placements from this college and I'm in my 3rd year of college. No financial assistance is provided either.
Campus Life :
Annual fests are conducted every year in November or any other month based on the schedule. In the annual fest dance, music, poetry, etc can be seen. In the library, almost every book is available related to the course that you are pursuing. There are no clubs to join but you can join NCC, NSS, or yrc which conduct camps. To be honest not much of a social life can be expected as everyone is just focusing on their classes and study. Extracurricular activities include your NCC and NSS. Also, every sport is played on the college ground and provide excellent support for sports events.
