Remarks :

I have attended a state-level entrance exam for getting admission to Mount Zion engineering college. Eligibility to get MCA admission is must have a bachelor's degree in either computer science or computer applications. I applied through the online site of the college admission portal.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I thought MCA is a good course to get an IT job at that time IT job sector was emerging and a lot of companies recruiting students from campus. Mount Zion is a good college, there are e lot of good faculties, and they teach students well . An internal exam will conduct each term.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

Placement Experience :

Only 5th or 6th-semester students will get placement facilities. Many multinational companies like UST global and others visited. At that time only a few students got placed on top MNCs. They may offer low packages varying to 2 lakh per annum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee structure varies depending on the students. Merit list students have to pay 5000 Rs. per semester and other students who are getting admission through management seat have to pay 25000 Rs. per semester. I didn't get any stipend during my study period.

Campus Life :

During my period, there was no tech fest conducted. The library is very good at Mount Zion. Our classrooms were amazing and each student have a table and chair provided. A cricket match was conducted once a year.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility was good . Rooms are affordable rate and each room will share by 4 to 5 person and no attached bathroom available, there is only a common bathroom in each floor. Food is not bad . There is a catering service, they provide food to hostel. Our hostel was near to college compound.

Hostel Fee : INR 150000 per year

Pros and consequences of engineering colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course because my ug course is not eligible to get a better job and also want to study more and increase my knowledge in the core field. the college faculty is just amazing and all the teachers are experienced in their subjects and helpful in studies a ratio of 1:11 is there. The faculty are done their post-graduation and higher qualification for this institution The exams are conducted by KTU and. he exams are just a bit difficult.
