Remarks :

It was very smooth and hassle-free. I applied online through KIIIT ENTRANCE EXAM and I secured a rank of Air 1109 after that I easily got admission here and they also took good care of me while reporting on the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview :

They are very helpful and friendly anytime they are ready to help us. The faculty-student ratio is very nice as there is 1 faculty on every 30 students. All the faculty are mostly from IIT or Nit. We have an exam every 6 months and we can pass the exam just by studying for 1 day.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 101 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee Structure is a little expensive as it cost more than 5 lahks for a year so you can easily understand how expensive it is. The scholarship is also provided to students who hold got rank in the entrance examination.

Campus Life :

Our annual fest happens from December to February. Our central library has almost 8 floor which consists of every department. The classroom is very organized and spacious. Kiit Focus is more on extracurricular activities as it's famous for its sports activities.

XIMB - Not just another B-School

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is updated regularly. We have subjects such as Platform Business Models, Business Analytics with R, and courses on IoT. This ensures that whatever is being taught is in line with what's going on in the industry. I chose XIMB, because of its reputation as a premier institution in spite of not being in a metro city. This speaks volumes about the quality of the institution. The faculty-student ratio is 1:12, ensuring that everyone is able to grasp the concepts taught and clear their doubts. We have highly qualified faculty, with some who are stalwarts in their respective fields. Teaching methods vary according to faculty, but there is a central emphasis on case-based learning, which makes difficult concepts easier to relate to. There is a lot of academic rigour at XIMB, and while actually failing a course is pretty rare - the academic load can get stressful at times.

Life at Campus that never sleeps

Placement Experience:

100% of the students get placed in the MBA program of XIMB. A variety of roles are offered through campus placement opportunities. The highest package offered was of 71 lacs per annum, and the average stands at 20 Lakhs. The Median also lies around 18-19 lacs. Profiles offered include IT consultant, Area sales manager, Product Manager, and more. Students are eligible for campus placements in their 5th term. Microsoft, Bain and company, and Goldman Sachs are some high-profile recruiters on campus. Tata steel, Delloite, and ICICI bank are some prominent recruiters as well. Avg CTC growth is about 14% year on year. There were 71 recruiters in the final placement for a batch of 2021-23.

Best part for learning

Placement Experience:

From the 2nd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Companies - Flipkart, global data, Aditya Birla Fashion retail, Mahindra, ICICI Bank, HDFC Prudential, Morris Garage (MG) etc. The percentage is a minimum of 50 for most of the reputed companies. My plan after this degree is to start a business of my own.
