Remarks :

Eligibility was we must have taken maths group in 12th grade. The application form is distributed in the college itself. And its cost was Rs.150. First come first serve. The college staff should explain the process clearly.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I like mathematics. So I chose this course. In our class there were 45 students. And we had enough teachers. Separate teachers for all the subjects. They will teach like in schools. Teachers are well qualified. Teaching methods are a little boring. They will conduct exams frequently. For 1 semester we will be writing 7 exams.

Class Size : 45Course Fees : INR 11000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I have not gone to any internship. So I don't know much about internships. We had 1 credit point for social service. For that the management made the students clean the college campus. Nothing else was done.

Placement Experience :

From the 4th semester, we can attend the placement only if we don't have standing arrears. Cognizant, and HTC, are some of the companies. 1 or 2 percent of students only get placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees were very low compared to other private colleges. Just 5500 per semester. However, they will collect a fine for the late fee. I didn't opt for any scholarship. So I'm not aware of scholarships and finance assistants.

Campus Life :

We will have a 2-day cultural event every year namely navrus. A big library is there. All the books are available there. They will give attention to sports people. PT staff will search for students to participate in sports.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Sathyabama is one of the best colleges in Chennai. In this college, 90 to 92 percent of students get placed in a year. Many big companies will visit to hire newly graduated students. Faculty: Teachers in our college are mostly Ph.D. holders or pursuing Ph.D. degrees. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. The passing percentage is 50 % which is quite easy to pass.

Placement Experience:

The students from the 5th semester are eligible for the placements. Around 12 companies are visiting for the placement and a few of them are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Sutherland they provide more than 20 plus offers the package of each company is more than 30,000 per month. The students should have above 60 percent in 10th and 12th public examinations and they should be without arrears. I plan to get a place in TCS after this degree.
