Insights and reflections of my college experience.

Remarks :

The eligibility of doing BTech is just you should have completed the 12th class with maths physics chemistry. Or after that, you have to enroll yourself in the college for admission. And if your merit came within their range of admission then you can easily get admission to the college. The application form is available on the college websites and someone easily can find fee criteria and application last dates. I just want that the whole process of admission should be transparent and for the deserving candidate should get a chance first.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I found the job scope in this course is good then other fields especially in the computer science field and my parents want me to do that too so that's why I am doing BTech. There are approx. 1 teacher on 60 heads so this is quite average. All the teachers have done much with the computer and they have a good command of their respective subjects and they are supportive too. And they teach us well and every time they used to ask us if we understood or not. So full marks for faculty. Exams are held every 4 or 5 months because of the misbalance of covid and things are coming on track. To be honest, I was a good student in school and So I am in college too and I didn't find any difficulty to pass the exams. One can easily pass the exams if he/she has studied and attended classes.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is no doubt that doing Engineering is costly to do for middle-class people The fees are above 80000 for a year which is quite good and not affordable for everyone. Last year I filled out a form for the Uttar Pradesh scholarship form to get a scholarship but unluckily I got nothing but many of my classmates got a scholarship.

Campus Life :

In October, we celebrated the freshers' party and after some time cultural events were conducted too I didn't see any tech fest organized in college. I borrow my subject books from the seniors and most of us bought them from the city market. There are no good books in the library so I don't go there. This is a total waste of time. Our classrooms have most of the facilities for example - good furniture windows proper wiring and fans. Students play games on campus according to their interests but most of the students play volleyball. I heard that some of the seniors have their website and they usually maintain it on their own.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I wanted to become a programmer and I am passionate about it. This college focuses on both curriculum and coding part also. In 1st semester itself , they have done us hacker rank at least about 25 questions. Student to faculty ratio is 20:1, but there will be no problem because you can share your problem with any mentor. The internal exams are difficult as compared to external so you will have an advantage when you will appear for external exams.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are applicable for campus placement. All big companies like Wipro, IBM, TCS, and many such companies come to our college and they also do mass recruitment. The highest package of last year was in amazon in AWS was around 30LPA. The placement percentage of students in CSE is around 95 percent. My plan after getting the degree is to take placement from college.

Helpful faculty. Placements are fine. The highest package entitled was 44 LPA (2021-22). Plenty of activities like seminars, competitions, fests et cetera throughout the year. Ranked in the top 3 private engineering institutions (perhaps currently ranked #1 according to first-year results). Building strong alumni connect.
