Biotech at Amity, good choice

Remarks :

There was a PI and you had to submit a video of yourself as an application as well for some people, an exam, the whole process of submission of documents, and everything else is available on the site, can't do much on this part. The marks required have been varied.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Btech is not available in most places for biotech so I choose the course here, it was on a first come first serve basis. There are around 50 students in a batch and about 15 faculties, They have all Ph.D. faculties and few have their labs as well. So all have deep knowledge in their fields.

Placement Experience :

Placements are decent and well governed by teachers and the department for it, Everyone mostly goes to study after this so not many people opting for it, Packages have been varied due to Covid but an average of 30K is seen.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

You get the scholarship from admission itself if you have above 75% in 12th and after that, it gets continued to future sets if you get good grades, You get a money-back kind of scholarship, after payment of fees you get some amount back, The range is from 20% to 50% discount in fees.

Campus Life :

Most books are in the library, Lots of classrooms, which are big. Nice reclining seats and air-conditioned rooms, And projectors are used. Mics and speakers were also there. The extra curriculum involves languages and minor tracks. There are lots of clubs.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is nice, boys and girls are separated, meals aren't provided by hostels, Registration can be done via the site you will get, a very simple process of registering. Ac option available, Sharing system will be explained in depth on-site, clean and pest-free rooms.

Interview Experience :

There was a video SOP and a phone interview for me, both were relatively easy and with the basic knowledge, you can easily pass. Overall questions were field related and didn't have any difficulty with them. The sop was also clearly instructed about.

Placement Experience:

A placement year can give students inspiration for final-year projects and dissertations. It can also help develop your soft skills, such as being able to work in a team and the ability to solve complex problems, which are all valuable assets for both your academic and professional career, as Jasmine experienced.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of its demand in civil sites like road construction and other building areas. Qualifications of teachers are a master's degree and ph.d. After every 21 days, sessional exams are held in the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement is okay. Here every student always goes for outside-campus placement. Now the placement is also going low year by year. Some mass recruiting comes like tcs and also last year adobe comes takes only 1 placement.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are applicable for campus placement. All big companies like Wipro, IBM, TCS, and many such companies come to our college and they also do mass recruitment. The highest package of last year was in amazon in AWS was around 30LPA. The placement percentage of students in CSE is around 95 percent. My plan after getting the degree is to take placement from college.

Placement Experience:

Semester 3rd end and 4 starting the students become eligible for campus placement. The tech Mahindra and Wipro and Amazon etc. And it gives the best offers also to students who were eligible for placement and the crack placement process packages are 6 lakh, 10 lakh, and 16 lakh Per annum. I can't remember the highest package but I remember the 6 to 12 lakh average package that the company offered. The percentage of students who get placement is nearly about 75 to 90+. My plan after getting a degree is to first do training and an internship to get make a base and perfect knowledge to start a big step then I do a job to get experienced and have s good life.
