Sage Can be a good choice!!

Remarks :

•The eligibility of the course is 10+2 with any stream. •You can find the Application form on the official website of the University. •I wasn't felicitated with any reservation benefits but you can contact the faculties of the specific department in which you want to take admitted there. •During my admission process, my counselor helped me in every step of the admission but after the admission process, he left the college without even telling me once, and because of that I had to face a lot of problems regarding my fee structure and everything.

Course Curriculum Overview :

•The course curriculum is very different from the other colleges and subjects are quite limited. •I chose this course because I wanted to make my career in the field of media, the faculties are very supportive and have a helping nature. The level of exams is not that tough here, they provide students with a very general and fundamental questions. (BAJMC)

Internships Opportunities :

We have been provided with an expert session of experts from different fields that help us in building a network of people and grabbing internship opportunities We are provided with more and more practical teachings that help us in learning the modern skills required for the modern problems

Placement Experience :

I haven't passed out yet so, I can't tell anything much about the parents yet but yes they provide good placements to the students. The placement drives keep happening on campus and they also provide you with trainers to guide you through the Interview process

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

•My annual fee for this course is 50000 and If you are not domiciled in Madhya Pradesh, you'll have to pay 60,000 whereas there are scholarships provided like the Sage scholarship based on 12th-grade performance, through SEE.

Campus Life :

•The campus life is nice, there is a basketball ground, a foundation garden, and the JMC department has a studio also. the annual fest is about to be held this February 'Sage euphoria'. •There are plenty of books In the library, you can ask the librarian about the shell of your favorable department. •In the matter of sports, the sage's hand is quite weak, there are not many activities happen related to sports but in the next 2- 3 years we can see the progress as there is development going around the IMS department which has a badminton court, Squash court, and table tennis area also. •There is SSAC(Sage Student Ambassadors Council) which is run by the selected students of the University.

Hostel Facilities :

I say not to oot fit the hostel facility as they don't provide you with the required facilities, the food is not good in addition to it that it is quite expensive for middle-class students, It's better to rent a room or Pg around the area like Silicon city or around the annaoorna road.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it was really diverse, and dealt with numerous interesting subjects such as Radio, Film and television, Editing, political science, etc. 5:1 The professors in the university were UGC approved, some were Ph.D.'s others persued Ph.D. They had good teaching skills and experience. Final exams would take half to one month to complete. The difficulty level of the exams was medium.

Placement Experience:

Students in the bachelor's 5th semester and master's 3rd semester are eligible for placements. However, the placement rate is quite low honestly. Big recruiters like ABP Network and ZEE media come but still, the placement rate is not that high. But if you are honest, hardworking, and determined every option and resource will be available for you.

Placement Experience:

The students who are pursuing a bachelor's can sit for a placement drive from 3rd year and the students who are pursuing a master's can sit for a placement drive from 2nd year. The companies that visited in our campus were ABP news, NDTV, Dainik Bhaskar, My FM, etc. The highest package offered is 4.50 LPA and the average package is 1.50 LPA the profiles offered are voice-over artists, news reporters, news anchors, editors, video editors, content writers, etc. Approximately 70-80% of students get placements. My plans after getting this degree are to grab a good job and live a settled life.
