Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose Maharaja Agrasen Business School as it is part of well established Maharaja Agarsen Technical Educational Society (MATES). The society has three colleges and a university that has been providing excellent education and placement to students for over 2 decades. MABS provides high-quality management education and is committed to providing well-rounded, globally competitive students. The regularly updated curriculum is in sync with the requirements of the industry. It provides a strong foundation in business theory and practices. The most useful feature is the hands-on experience through Internships, live projects, capstone projects, and experiential learning. MATES has a strong alumni network of more than 20000 alumni. The most important aspect that helped in my decision to join MABS is the strong and highly qualified faculty base.

Internships Opportunities :

Under Ureka students will be undertaking several national and international projects and assignments which will give them hands-on experience in the industry. The college policy of compulsory internship with live tracking under the dual mentoring of faculty and industry mentor ensures that students get a meaningful internship experience. The college provides internship opportunities in all domains in companies like Grant Thornton Bharat, KPMG, ENY, Amazon, Byjus, etc.

Placement Experience :

Maharaja Agrasen technical education society is in a consortium of several industry groups. All the colleges under the society ensure excellent placement opportunities for the students. More than 100 companies visit MATES for placements and internships. the group has the highest placement of Rs. 8.5 crs per annum and an average placement of Rs. 8.5 Lakhs per annum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The Total fee of the course is Rs.440000 per annum. The college offers various scholarships to students based on their academic performance and score in entrance exams. The college has a tie-up with various banks for providing educational loans.

Campus Life :

MABS has several clubs and conduits that provide a platform for students to pursue their interests in their chosen filed. The activities enable students to gain knowledge, build on social skills, and be enterprising and innovative in thought processes. There are several programs focused on building leadership capabilities in students. MABS has over 20 clubs including a marketing club, finance club, cultural club, entrepreneurial spirit club, dance and music society, etc. The college has several outdoor and indoor sports facilities. The state-of-the-art auditorium on the one hand and a huge stadium and well-equipped gym, on the other hand, provide essential infrastructural support to students to hone their skills and pursue their interests and ensure the all-around development of students.

Interview Experience :

The selection process at MABS was well-structured, fair, thorough, and rigorous. The shortlisted students undergo the following selelction process: 1. WAT- Written Aptitude Test. The students have to present their analysis of a video or text case. 2. Group discussion- The students are given a topic related to current affairs or relevant to the management field for a group discussion. 3. Finally the student has to appear for a Personal Interview taken by a panel of at least two faculty. The above process tests students' analytical skills, critical thinking skills, conceptual clarity, leadership skills, subject knowledge, and general awareness.

For masters you are eligible for 3 semesters for your campus placements, many companies like TCS, Bharti Airtel, Byju's, IBM, and many more great companies visited the campus for placements. Offers made by them are around 700000-1200000. They do organize summer internships which are compulsory for every student so that they can get corporate exposure.
