The Reality of GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management.

Remarks :

for Computer Science there's no direct admission through the management quota only the counselling students can take admission for Information technology, it's strongly recommended to take admission in May - June after it's very hard to get admission in that course The Eligibility of the course is you have at least 80% marks to get your dream branch if you're not able to get that it's procedure going hard. The overall admission process is very sustainable and transparent there's not any improvement required.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Because I want to take admitted to the Computer science branch but after knowing the core CS branch is only for counselling students so I didn't take the Specialization like CSAI, CSDS, etc. so I took the Information Technology branch. The faculty was well-experienced and have strong knowledge of the core subjects most of the teachers have a holding of PhD or Masters's. The term exams were scheduled by AKTU (Abdul kalam technical university) and have 2 Sessional Tests (ST) and 1 Pre-University Test (PUT) before the exams by these preparations the Sem exams go quite easily to clear it's easy to score 75%+ in sem exams.

Internships Opportunities :

2nd-year student from CSe got Internship at Microsoft with 1.5L/month Stipend for 1 year internship programme A 4th-year student from CSe got Internship + SDe offer from Palo Alto of 58LPA after 6 months of Internship with paid Internship.

Placement Experience :

from the 7th sem students started to get placements and they are eligible from the 3rd semester to get Internships PaloAlto, Intuit, Autodesk, commvault, juspay, nawgati, Groww - All these companies offered 20LPA+ CTC TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Elexi, etc. - these companies made offers of less than 20LPA The highest package offered by Palo alto of 58LPA CTC to Ankan Chanda from B.tech CSE 2024 Batch. In the CS(Include Specialization CSAI, CSDS) branch the placements percentage is 98.57% among 1600+ students and In the IT branch it's 100% among 400+ students I'm planning to build a startup with my class friends with the help of our college startup support.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees hike policy is applicable in new admissions only they mention all 4-year fee structure at the time of admission and provide the written fees structure and the new 3-4 year department follow that fee structure for those batch for example If I am took admitted in 2021 so all 4 years I follow the fee structure but when someone took admission in 2022 there may be some difference but they also follow the same for 3-4 years. The scholarship is only applicable to those students who took admitted from counselling and 75%+ attendance is required and some more perspective is applicable. There's a Finance department if anyone has any type of issue or query about loans, payments, fees, etc. In my college, There are many big on-campus placements going on approx (10-60LPA) was recorded on campus placements. but sometimes I think the fees are too high and expensive for many lower-middle-class students.

Campus Life :

There are so many events going on every month like club events or Inspiration talks like (Sadhguru, Physics wallah, GFG founder Sandeep Jain, etc.) There are large collections of books available in the Library we have our library card and took the semester's academic books as well as we can issue any books for 15 days. There are large ventilated classrooms with Blackboard as well as a projector installed in every classroom. Every week Wednesday and Friday have half day and after we took extracurricular activities classes like singing, gaming, startup, sports, etc. There are many clubs in the college like GDSC, codespace, Navchetna club, Navrang, Dreamspark Aura, Anvitha, etc. and many more.

A placement year can give students inspiration for final-year projects and dissertations. It can also help develop your soft skills, such as being able to work in a team and the ability to solve complex problems, which are all valuable assets for both your academic and professional career, as Jasmine experienced.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are applicable for campus placement. All big companies like Wipro, IBM, TCS, and many such companies come to our college and they also do mass recruitment. The highest package of last year was in amazon in AWS was around 30LPA. The placement percentage of students in CSE is around 95 percent. My plan after getting the degree is to take placement from college.

The placements at our college are very amazing. The highest package offered in our college is 44 lakh per annum and the lowest package offered is around 4 lakh rupees per annum. While the average package is also around 7 to 8 lakh per annum, which is also good. There are a lot of companies visited in our college like Amazon, Intel, Infosys, HCL, etc. Almost 90% of students get their on-campus placements from our college. And I am also planning to pursue a career as a software engineer.
