Remarks :
Eligibility of the course il more than 60% marks in 12th board exams. And a good rank in keam exam. More than 30,000, if you want to join in a government quota. Or you can join through management quota. You can apply online or offline. You can find the application form on the college's official website. One improvement I think the admission process needs is that they need to specify more about what we learn in the course rather than a short explanation
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the course because I find it very interesting and unique since it is a new branch we can make use of a lot of opportunities in the future. The faculty-student ratio of the college is very good. Teachers make sure each student does well in studies as well as in life. All the faculties are highly qualified and some of them even have PhDs and doctorates. Series exams are comparatively easy and are very helpful for semester exam preparation.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible for college placements from sem 6. and the college provides good campus placement training and interview training. So many companies visit the college. Companies like Wipro, zaara biotech, and several others companies visit and recruit students. salary packages of 5-7 lakhs are provided by companies. More than 50% of students get placed during college placements. My plan is to go for higher education after completing the course.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee is 65000 rupees for the government quota and 75000 for the management quota. but with several scholarships and concessions for lower-income categories. Many scholarships are provided for several categories. The college conducts several campus placements and if you are a Student with a decent cgpa and the required skills you will get placements
Campus Life :
Life on the campus is enjoyable with vibrant nature-esque surrounding and gardens, good and spacious classrooms, and very well-equipped labs. The library is one of the best in colleges across Kerala with the availability of almost all books required for BTech and MTech students. Every year they conduct tech fests and cultural fests. Along with Onam and Christmas celebrations and other programs. But due to the takeover of new management, the amount of programs has been significantly reduced. Sports activities like intercollege and intra-college competitions are held every even semester. So people who are good at sports are fully supported. Also, social clubs, music clubs, and dance clubs are there but are very non-functional and almost nonexistent throughout the college life
