Remarks :

I gave Jee - mains in 2016. So, on behalf of jee mains score and 12th Madhya Pradesh board score, I got this college after filling in this college name in choice filling. Eligibility is calculated according to your both scores and 12th in PCM.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was interested to become a computer science engineer. As this field is having a great career. And very good scope in future. All the faculties have master's degrees or some have Ph.D. in their respective fields. Semester exams used to be there, one exam per 6 months. They were avg in difficulties one can clear studying 3 or 4 days before exams.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 55000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I didn't get any internship. Actually, I was trying directly for a bigger job offer. We have made two projects in college one was a minor project in the 6th sem and the second one was a major project in the 7th sem and 8th sem.

Placement Experience :

From the 6th semester students are eligible and can apply on different platforms from placements. Avg package was 3 LPA at our time and the highest was 12 LPA. Almost 50 to 60 % got placements from college. I started doing the job after the last sem.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In my case fee was 55,000 INR per year. And it was the same during my whole course for 4 years. I participated in placement drives and I got one offer but eventually, I didn't accept that because I got another offer from outside college and it was a better one.

Campus Life :

There was an annual fest every year in February or march of every year. The library was very good having too many books, one can find every type if book there and study. Yes, there were all types of sports facilities. Good performing candidates get selected for inter-college championships. Yes, there were social groups also run by students having fun activities.

A good college for btech

Placement Experience:

From the beginning of last semester, students become eligible for placements. Any company visited like Bridgestone, TCS, Infosys, etc. Packages 32 lakh and average packages 4 lakh per annum. Almost 65% of students are getting placement.

From 4 years, There were almost 200 companies visited and there were so many offers made. The highest package was 1cr this year and the average is 5.5lakh. almost 70% get placed. To get a good job in its company.

Our college placements record is quite excellent, but core companies are lesser placement records. From the 5th-6th semester, companies came for the placements and some companies provide internships and training for the selected students for that company. Above 6.0 CGPA of students are getting placements. For Now, My plan is to be placed in a very reputed company with a very good package for earning and then moving ahead.

After the 4th semester companies visit the campus for offering the internship to teh students and after the 6th semester the companies visit for offering the placements to the students. Some of the companies offering highest placements in SGSITS are : 1) Google 2) Amazon 3) TATA 4) ACC 5) Goldman Sachs 6) Samsung 7) Accenture 8) Deloitte The highest package being offered is 32 l.p.a for core electrical branch and 8 l. p. a for software developer profile. About 99 percentage students get placed every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to become a successful software engineer. Faculty students ratio is not very sufficient we need some more experienced faculties. Some teachers are well qualified and experienced and are helpful to us but more than half teachers are freshers and have no experience of teaching and we struggle with them.
