Remarks :
the admission process was quite easy and even the form is available online also, and yes application fees are also there, and there are benefits for students under reservation, I would like to see more improvement in the management of the university, though they provide global education and yes they do offer valuable courses as well as opportunities, the management lacks behind a little.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose psychology as my major, and yes the curriculum and course layout is effective and knowledgeable, the qualification of the faculty is very efficient though there were a lot of faculty changes happening, which did delay the course, there is also a foreign language being taught, and that's the hard part, to pass those exams. all the midterms and finals were on the scheduled timings only.
Placement Experience :
the placements are good for the engineering department and other departments get good exposure to the placement drives. students start getting emails regarding the placements from 4 semesters onwards. I have heard that the highest package has been 3 crores. yes, there is a large percentage of students who get placements. I have planned for pursuing masters in clinical psychology.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fees are high and sometimes don't even qualify for the courses we were being taught. though there is the option of paying guest/hostels outside the campus, inside the campus everything seems to be very expensive, plus it's a private college so the events and the personal account is always very expensive.
Campus Life :
yes, there are various clubs and events happening. the most annual thing that happens is the Founder's day celebration. it happens every year and it is a big deal at our university. and most probably this is the only event that happens now. there are also trips organized and yes regular interactions and seminars and edu-fest are organized.
