Remarks :
The admission process was quite easy. It was through EAMCET for Intermediate qualified and ECET for Diploma qualified students. Or else the candidate can directly approach the college for admission. There are benefits based on caste reservations in this college. Students get fee reimbursement from the government for those who qualified for admission tests. The admission fee is on an average of 75000 per annum and it varies based on the type of branch. Going through the admission process at SRKR college is easy and friendly.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have enrolled in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering course. I chose this course to my interest and it was the quality branch in the college. The faculty was soo good in the college and teaches the subject in an accurate and understanding manner for the students. They make students free to learn ask doubts and learn new things. All the faculty were highly trained and qualified at the MTech level. The exams were also conducted on time according to course completion duration and they were easy and crackable if we go on with classes properly.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are available through AICTE and EduSkills. APSCHE also provides internships and skill courses for the students There is a separate lab for projects. It has modern and new technology machines like a 3d printer, 3d woodcutter, etc.,
Placement Experience :
From the 6th semester itself, students will start getting placement opportunities. Companies like cognizant, Infosys, Accenture, Virtusa, Blueberries, Dell, Effetroncis, Hexaware, Medha drive, etc., were the major big companies this year. More than 60% of students were got placed by many companies. The average salary of students getting placed was about 4LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure was the basic one with an annual fee of 75000/- and some building fees and others. We also get fee reimbursement from the government for skilled and talented students. Also, some students get scholarships from the college itself. The job placements for students are held by the separate placements team. More than 60% of students were placed this year. I got a campus placement in the college in an MNC named Cognizant with a salary package of 4LPA.
Campus Life :
Fests like Apurva and Nipuna were held in our college. These fests were of branch and college-wise branches. These were conducted every year and have cultural events and workshops for the students in different skills and technologies. Classrooms have a projector in each of them and all classes can be made into smart classrooms. The college has a big sports ground and a football ground separate.
