Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course to pursue my career further in chemistry. Faculty Is less as compared to the number of students. Teachers are highly qualified all are Ph.D. holders. The chemistry department is best here. Term exams are of moderate difficulty.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience :

My course is not a placement course so students will not get placement in my course. I don't know much about placement in my college. My plan after getting this degree is to pursue master's in chemistry.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are quite nominal here. There is a scholarship available for 1 parent-child and economically weaker section and other categories No such problem with fees. As such I have not availed of any scholarship in this college.

Campus Life :

Our college main fest is held at Panjab university with which the college is affiliated to. A vast variety of books is available in the college library. Also, e-books are available 24/7. Sports activities are not held much. This area needs improvement. Rest various competitions are held by different clubs and departments. Various social groups are run like bachpan etc.

Hostel Facilities :

There are a lot of facilities in the hostel. Hostel facilities are more than college facilities. We have AC rooms and cameras all over the hostel. Moreover washing machines are there in hostel. Gym is there. It has treadmill. Registration for hostel is simple . As facilities are there hostel is expensive.

Hostel Fee : INR 121000 per year

I really love physics, I love solving problems and I think physics is something with connects us with phenomena and I want to know about this more. faculty is good with us, helps in solving problems excluding studies, they also help in curricular activities. faculty is good at teaching the teaching method is 8/10. Term exams were way more difficult than we are studying right now in classes but it was not difficult to pass.

A honest review of Chandigarh University's inside

Placement Experience:

At last year of graduation, companies visit for placement in university. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Sun Pharma etc have visited herw for placement and basic placement package offer like 9.5lpa is offered and highest package was 1.7crore was offered in engineering course in the last batch of 2021-2022. About 90% students get placement. I am planning for a job for about 3-4 years and meanwhile doing a business and then expand the business with the income I have made through the job.

Placement Experience:

Our college does work with some of the major recruiting companies worldwide. The IT sectors and commerce sectors do get good placements. But in general, the placement might not be that good for everyone since it's not on that level as of now.
