Remarks :

The cutoff of mechanical engineering is about 65-70 % The admission process takes 2 months for applying from acpc . I found the form and fees of this college from acpc booklet. No, I didn't avail myself of any benefits from the reservation.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I did my be/btech in mechanical engineering from Ahmedabad institute of technology from 2016-2020. Choosing mechanical engineering was great because I had an interest in 10 standards about machines and cars and how to draw and design them, apart from this faculty-student ratio is from average to good. All faculty especially from (the mechanical department) is very helpful regarding studies and assignments. Their teaching method is very excellent and very friendly so, student can easily understand the concepts in subjects like a cad, cam, dme , production engineering, ic engine, and many more. All teachers are well qualified and have done masters in their subjects, so they can relate to your problem easily and can help you to solve it and now there is a projector in the classroom so students can easily understand concepts very easily. As far as mid sem exams are concerned paper is always moderate, so students can perform very well in university exams.

Placement Experience :

As far as campus placement is concerned it mostly depends on your skills and the cgpa you scored in exams. Far mostly students get placed in 8 sem 4 months before for exams as there are some companies visit campus and some via contact of faculties and the highest package offered was 4.5 lakhs per annum for fresher be mechanical in bosch company, but you have to maintain your cgpa above 7.5 for sitting in placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure in Ahmedabad institute of technology is as per the acpc , mine at that time was 7100 per year, approx 35500 per semester. No, there are not any financial assistance and campus jobs for bachelor's degree.

Campus Life :

Campus life at Ahmedabad institute is very good. As it is in Ahmedabad, so it is great for the students who live in this city as well as in the countryside. There is a tech first in the month of Feb-march name technoparks and students from various colleges from all over Ahmedabad and sometimes all over Gujarat participate in this tech event. The library in this college is very good the chairs and tables are very comfortable for students and books, there are a variety of books available, for a mechanical book like vb bhandari , ss ramamutham, pk nag and many more books u can issue at free of cost but u have to return within 15 days or re-issue it Every year there are sports and cultural activities happening in May - June so, it is good for students to enhance their extra skills which are very important form growth.
