Remarks :
We had an online counselling session with the college coordinator, then got registered by paying 10,000. We wrote an entrance exam and cleared them. The cut-off percentage is 40% and then we got a confirmation mail, and then my seat was secured with lisaa.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose B des in Interior design because I loved working with space and designing. Here at lisaa school of design, we have fewer faculties with a selected number of students. The main merit point about lisaa is the teaching faculties, they are well knowledgable, experienced and really friendly and open to everyone. They are available most of the time. The exams are difficult to a point but not so extreme.
Internships Opportunities :
Steelcase, Poorvankara, 3M, and Wipro are some of the many companies that collaborate for campus placements. As the list goes on, the college is also keen on starting up something for yourself and being an entrepreneur.
Placement Experience :
College gives good placements for the students. The students are eligible for campus placements from their 6th semester onwards, As per my knowledge every seniors from interior design got placement .so its a 100% when it comes to placement percentage. After the degree i would like to work under firms to gain experience and slowly start my own or freelance
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As for the fees, During the first year, it was 2,50,000/- and then 10,000 increases every year. After the outbreak of covid, all the new admission got under covid scholarship and the students were allowed to pay the fees in 3 to 4 instalments.
Campus Life :
We have just an Annual open and also an integration day where all the course students come join hands and participate together. We have an e-library where our books are clubbed on google drive. We also have a physical library in the college.
