Course Curriculum Overview :

I want to be a doctor so I chose this course exam are held Every alternate month, the first-second term then prelims finally University. Exams are Quite tough to pass, Anat and the physio dept make 20-30/200 passes. Biochem passes around 100/200. But it's better as you need to fight for your eligibility. For instance, I passed every subject in every term.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Sc/ st avail a lot of scholarships here. Nearly half or no tuition fees. Also, EWS from the state quota is beneficial. But completely zero benefits and scholarships to GEN/EWS/OBC from all India quota. Stipend comes from the 5th-year internship.

Campus Life :

There will be numerous WhatsApp groups run by and for students. Here. Groups about social work and ngo. About abvp student union. Clubs are many, photography club and an Instagram page. Writing club. Music club etc

Hostel Facilities :

The boys in the first year are not allotted a hostel and thus need pg and rooms outside. Girls get a hostel from the first year itself. "Civil lines waghapur road government college, 445001, YAVATMAL" exact locality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Every department has about 20-25 qualified professors. Teaching faculty includes Hod, associate professor, assistant professor, and residents Exams are every 4 months. Moderate difficulty in passing. Even if you fail there is no issue if you have at least 35% marks in your whole year's internal assessment.

Placement Experience:

We get eligible for placement after we get a permanent registration number and internship completion. We have to complete the bond signed as a service to the government for providing subsidized MBBS education. The duration of a bond is for 1 year and we are paid a salary of about 50000 per month.

I chose this course because I want to become a doctor and serve the underprivileged. There is a total of 19 subjects in the MBBS curriculum. Each department has separate HODs, Associate professors and respective Residents of PG. Well, will the introduction of the new pattern in MBBS it has become a bit difficult to pass the exams which are conducted on yearly basis. University conducting the papers is MUHS.
