Remarks :
Firstly I have appeared for the JEE mains exam to get admitted to a great college. Then, I searched for a college that has Artificial Intelligence as a specialization in them. Then I find Vaishnav College and got admission to it. For the admission process, we only need our mark sheet of 10th and 12th + Adhar Card. And Vaishnav College also conducts an Exam for students who don't appear in JEE, so that's a good option for specific students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course, as I have an interest in the Computer science department as well as Artificial Intelligence. And the faculty: student ratio is 1:50 so I thought that it would be effective when the batch is of smaller size. Sometimes some sections get a good faculty on the other hand some get average faculty for domains. From the exam point of view, I think that they send the most timetable 2-3 days prior. And they also take 2-3 exams in a day.
Placement Experience :
Mostly TCS offers placement to students for 3.5 lacs to 7.2 lahks per annum. The students are eligible for campus placement in the 7th semester and after that in the 8th semester, they got the intention for the same our college also provides internships from IBM to the students who have enrolled in it. I believe that 50 to 60% of students Got placed in company and the rest can be placed through hackathons and other activities. My plan after getting the degree is to be placed in a great Multi National Company to Brighten up my career.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees are similar to what other colleges offer for the same course. And Vaishnav college also has courses in collaboration with IBM, REDHAT, TCS, which also provide internships by them. They also provide various scholarships like, Scholarships based on merit basis, Scholarships for SC/ST/OBC, And many more, The Average placement is 3.5 Lakh which is offered by TCS digital and Ninja 7 lakhs. And many more companies take students from Vaishnav.
Campus Life :
The campus life is actually very good and they were many cultural fests like Spandan and many more they are many other groups for coding for dancing like that and there is also a club for coding (Hack club). GDSC SVVV student club is also there so the one who wants to enroll in it can do it. And the availability of books and journals in the library is good it is easily available to the students who want them. I think the sports activities is not that much invest now as there is only one basketball ground but now it is developing as new buildings are constructed.
