Remarks :

We have to write a college entrance exam known as the GAT exam. If you get a rank <3000, then you get a scholarship. There are 3-4 GAT exams. You can choose your GAT exam and slot. You can find the application form on the official GITAM website.

Course Curriculum Overview :

They have faculty from IIT and NIT, btech computer science, teaching is good. They have relative grading, this type of grading is used in bits also. There is a good student ratio. They have 70 marks in internals and 30 marks in externals.

Internships Opportunities :

There are many 3rd year students getting job offers and students doing internships. There are paid and non-paid internships. You should maintain a good GPA for applying for campus placements. Internship offers are many for students.

Placement Experience :

There are really good placements in the college, as top companies come here like Amazon and Google Infosys. The highest package was 46LPA. There are 100%placements excluding the people who want to go for higher studies

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees per annum for btech is 3.3L per year, but if we get 3k below rank in the GAT exam then we can get a scholarship. There is financial assistance, they give us student loans depending on their performances

Campus Life :

The campus life is very good, the campus is huge and has co-curricular activities including sports. There are many cultural and technical clubs and events in the college. There are many scopes as in a sports player.

Honest review about CGU

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement many companies used to come such as Amazon, cisco, pwc, tcs, wipro, cognizant, and many more companies come for campus placement. The highest package is 45 lakhs whereas the lowest pakage is 4.5 to 5lakh. more than 95 percent of students get placed. My next plan after getting the degree is to become a politician.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from the start of the 7th semester. Anyone having zero backlogs is eligible to sit for placements. Around 200-250 companies from different sectors like IT, analytics, finance, and electronics visit every year. Around 900 students were placed last year from 1100 students with a record of 100% placement in the Mining And Metallurgy Department. The highest package offered was 55 lakhs from Microsoft and the average package was 11 lakhs. If in case you didn't get placements you can still try for off-campus placements in various companies. I am already selected for an internship at Qualcomm and will target PPO next year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am doing my bachelor's degree at this college. From school life, I loved computers and technology. So that I joined here for my brightest future. And here there are many branches and students. And the faculties are highly educated & the sem exams are computer so I improved my skill a lot in computers, and some of my teachers are too informational like you, sir/ma'am. so thank you for your good teaching which is very useful not only in the classroom but also outside helpful. And because of the much learn from campus, I want to be a faculty myself after completing my education as it is not just part-time work it's full-time work and also a lifelong goal to fulfil both teachings and learning about information technology topics. Beautiful campus with awesome people for holistic development under one roof.
