Remarks :
You are eligible for admission if you have scored 60-65% in class 12th. There is no entrance test. You can find for admission form on Chitkara Himachal Pradesh Website. There are no application fees. You can apply for free online.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was eager to have coding and learn it and become a successful person. Our maximum faculties are Ph.D. holders and have expertise in their respective fields. Teachers focus on the growth of all students and their teaching methods are unique.
Internships Opportunities :
HCl and Infosys are the companies that provide a good stipend to students. The internship opportunities provided by chitkara are from highly respectable companies. Even have some certified courses from google etc.
Placement Experience :
Placements start from 6 th semester. But you can have it early too it just depends on your knowledge. Many companies visit like Wipro, Google, Apple, and some mass recruiters. The highest package is 25-30 lakhs (as per unofficial). Chitkara claims 100% placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is no hike policy in the college. For the first semester, we need to pay 80000 then the rest is 70000 semester and the hostel including the mess is about 35000 per semester for 4 seater boys. There is no such scholarship but even it provides loans for students who want to have one.
Campus Life :
Algo is the biggest fest of the university. It basically occurs in March-August. For a library, Anyone can issue a book and even all study material is available in the library, you just need to have your Id for it. Classrooms are well furnished with AC and WIFI facilities. There are many groups for co-curricular activities and even for coding.
Hostel Facilities :
Our rooms are provided with all furniture with WIFI and cooler and fans, even also include study tables for each student. Food is quite average and even you have snacks. You can register after admission through the App.
