Remarks :
It was typically just like any other government college, one had to score 55%+ and cutoff lists came. That time it was all on the college campus, there were helpful people who'd tell you everything. But now it's all online so it's very easy. The fee is minimal. The process could've been more easy and informative than how it was
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because I wanted to learn more about psychology. Students definitely have a lot of power there and they manage a great amount of faculty and campus services. I would rate them a 7, teaching methods were okay for some teachers but mostly the problem was to compensate for the students who did not know English. I know it's harder for them and it is a setback in a class at a government college. Exams were pretty long, I won't say difficult to pass but definitely difficult to score.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is very pocket friendly compared to any other college we have here in Jaipur. I don't know much about scholarships but there are no job opportunities on campus. You will have to find your way outside the college
Campus Life :
There were lots of fests mainly in the month of September - October. The library is good, it has everything you need to study and a very calm environment. The classrooms are fine, you can't expect too much at such low fees so don't count on anything a private college has. I'm not a sports girl but I saw people playing and competing so it was good overall. Facebook has a group named Maharani college, and for the rest, after admission, there is a separate WhatsApp group for each class.
