Remarks :

The admission structure is in online mode . Any school pass out student can apply for this course in our collage. There are 35 t0 40 seats available. The admission process is on merit basis but I think if our collage take entrance exam then it could be more better then our current situation.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Basically, I choose this course because I love coding. But in our department, there is a small problem we have only 3 faculty members. But those faculty members are quite good they help us with various topics. The exam is taken every 6 months like other collages.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 14500 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are several kind of internships available but on campus placement rate is too poor. It should be improve in time.in last year a senior got 3 lpa job on red bus from our department and other students are got the various opportunities.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For this course, the fee structure of a semester is 6500 rupees. But our collage provides us with various kinds of scholarships like the Swami Vivekananda scholarship, LIC, etc. But in my opinion, the fee structure should be reduced.

Campus Life :

At first in our college, there is fest or tech fest facilities. Other facilities like the library, seminar hall, and student council are available and those are quite good. In our college, there are no clubs but like sports events are held on a regular basis.

A story of a average student

Course Curriculum Overview:

Okay number of classes that we're given is quite enough and every class time limit is 1hour to hour. The faculty member of our department is very helpfull and good. There are 6 professor and 4 of them assigned to the mathematics bsc honours classes. They provide us every detail and knowledge of their papers. After completion 80% of the syllabus our term exams internals are held and it is quite hard to pass if you are not regular to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Mathematics because it is really an interesting subject and I study it with great curiosity. The faculty is extremely good with brilliant professors who help the students at their best in every way possible. The students get engrossed in their studies by the environment. The professor teaches very nicely by making the students understand each concept minutely. They come up with different ways so that the topics become comparatively easy to grasp. 6-semester exams will be held in the 3 years course. Two end semesters in one year. Internals are taken by the professor before the end semester. A student can easily pass these exams if he/she studies diligently.

Course Curriculum Overview:

All of the professors are good at this college. All of them are well qualified and they have done their PhD from well-known institutes. They teach very well in an interactive way. They are very friendly and they also give guidance about higher studies. There are 2 exams per semester. One is internal and the other is the final semester exam. This college is not an autonomous one but it is under Calcutta university. Internal exams are easy but since it is under CU so final sem exam can be tough, it depends on the university of Calcutta.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am studying Zoology Honours there. I chose the course because that's my field and I wanna do something big in life science. The Faculty: Student Ratio in our department is really good. It's around 1:10. The teachers are really qualified in their subject. Most of them have done research in their own field. Their teaching method is student-friendly and they teach in English and Bengali. The terms are running timely as of now and the exam difficulty depends upon how you pay attention to it. As teachers, there are very good in terms of completing the syllabus on time.
