Umeschandra College

Remarks :

I applied to the college directly through its official website and got admission after my name popped into the merit list. There are no application fees and dates vary. Reservation benefits were sufficient.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because my mom told me to do so. There are very few professors as compared to students. Qualification of the faculty is okay their teaching method is old. There's no fixed exam schedule exam happens anytime and anyone can easily pass the exam.

Internships Opportunities :

There are internship opportunities available to work for companies like jio and Internshala and TCS. Stipend is between 2000 and 4000 per month. Roles offered are of an internee and executive level.

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for campus placement in the sixth semester. Numerous offers were made from companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, HDFC bank, etc. The highest salary was 800k and the lowest was 100k.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I don't know about the fee hike, to be honest, the cost to study is about 10000 a year. Scholarships are available I don't know their names but rest assured you can study for free and won't have to worry about fees.

Campus Life :

Books are available in the library and each and every category of book is available there is no annual fest no tech fest there is a place to play cricket, table tennis, and carrom board and chess for students.

Hostel Facilities :

There's a television a fan a bed and a study table in the hostel room. The meal is amazing and versatile they prepare special food for festivals and occasions. Hostels are quite affordable, I got one in the park street area.

Interview Experience :

Topics of GD were different for every group of people example global warming, the modern business world, and entrepreneurship. I prepared by practicing for it day and night I have read all the materials available over the internet.
