Remarks :

The admission process, it is very simple as it is completely based on merit and the college provides admissions to those whose marks fall in the cut-off set by the college itself. An application form is to fill up and submitted and then later after a few days admissions will start on the basis of the merit list.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course as it is one of the reputed colleges in Assam for commerce background and also I completed my 12th from the same college. The faculties of the college are very supportive and helpful and they are very well qualified. Term exams are generally conducted every 5-6 months.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 6000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placements are held every year in the college with various companies and banks like HDFC, AXIS, etc. The students of the last semester are eligible for campus placements and they sit for the interview held.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees for B.com for 3 years is around Rs.15000-16000. There are scholarships available and the opportunity for the same is high also they have a placement cell that calls for various companies and banks.

Campus Life :

There is a library with the availability of various books & journals. All types of co-curricular activities are held on the campus the college and various sports. Top-notch programs are held and every year cultural programs are held there is also a freshers' party which is a great hype for the students.

I choose this course because this course makes students well-prepared for the corporate world and entrepreneurship, business, and finance. Faculty to student ratio of this college is approx. 1:20. Degrees like Ph.D., Masters, BEd, and many more holded by the faculty. Some teachers were friendly and some strict, but they helps students to solve their doubts. Exams are held every semester. It was not very difficult for me to pass.

Descent college for academic and extra curricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this B. Com course because of the wide range of career options it provides and it has a significant impact on the economy. This course can open up many career paths, including accounts, management, finance, advertising, business law, etc. As per the record of 2018-2021, the ratio of faculty to students is approx. 20:1. we can say that the Qualifications of the faculty can be Ph.D., Masters, BEd, etc. And their teaching methods are quite decent and simple. B.Com is a 3-year undergraduate degree program designed to provide, a Bachelor of Commerce professional degree. It consists of 6 semesters, 6 months for each semester. So, term exams take place twice a year. For me, this course is neither easy nor difficult to pass I. e, average.

Just as I said earlier, campus placements aren't much talked about merely because not many good companies are coming here. Every student has to make his own future plans regarding employability. Many of them are already pursuing CA, CS, and CFA. Some are preparing for govt job exams and some for CAT.
