Remarks :
The admission gets processed through SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test), followed by a round of GD/PI. This year onwards, the college has started 2 slots for the admission process, starting in April and the other one in June.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is really relevant to the course. The reason behind choosing the course was that I could get some knowledge in the domain of Business administration, so as to set up my own enterprise in the future. The faculty has been amazing, imparting whatever they know while teaching us. The term exams have been running on schedule and it's easy to pass them if you have been paying heed to the lectures.
Placement Experience :
The students become eligible for the placements fifth semester onwards (by its completion). Reputed companies like Accenture, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, PWC, etc., visit the campus and offer moderately sufficient packages. The highest package offered in the last couple of years was 10 LPA, while the least was 3 LPA. About 97.6% of students get placed every year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There's a 10% hike in the annual college fee. This year onwards, the fees have been revised to 365000. No, I did not avail of any sort of scholarship or had any financial assistance from any source whatsoever.
Campus Life :
Campus life is quite good. The college has numerous cells, clubs, groups, boards, etc., that give a great amount of exposure to individuals seeking it. Talking about the library, the college comprises both physical as well as E-library, both of which are updated with the latest collection of books, journals, gazettes, etc. The availability of sports is also good, consisting of basketball courts, football and cricket ground, and numerous indoor games.
Interview Experience :
The questions asked in the GD/PI rounds were hypothetical. It basically tested my aptitude and application of skills in made-up scenarios. The SET exam consisted of Written Ability Test, for which the question was quite general, and needed some elaborate thinking.
