Honest review about MIT Muzaffarpur

Remarks :

The admission process was smooth. I had taken JEE Mains exam and admission was based on jee main score. We had to fill online application form for online counselling named UGEAC by BCEC. After that score was released online by BCEC. Based on the score college was allotted

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose information technology because I was passionate about IT and MIT offers good b. Tech in IT. Teacher to students ratio is 1:8 they are really knowledgeable, qualified and passionate about teaching

Internships Opportunities :

We were provided with an in-house internship in our third semester as well as in our fifth semester. Some of the students applied for and got paid internships in our colleges. Most of the students didn't get paid internships.

Placement Experience :

The placement scenario is good. Campus placement does take place although most of the students get placed at an average salary of 3.5 lakhs per annum. Some students get placed at more than 10 lakhs per annum. I am also preparing for placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The admission fee was around 4700 for a day scholar. the semester exam fee is around 4000rs and an additional 2500 rs is charge as a development fee annually. Students can avail alone up to 4 lahks under student credit card scam

Campus Life :

Life on campus is good. Students take part in different events napping across the year. There are many clubs operating in the college. Students sharpen there personality and skills in these clubs. Moxie, Prakriti, and MIT Higher Education are some of the clubs at MIT.

Hostel Facilities :

There are 7 hostels boys hostels and 1 girls ( another under construction) hostel india the famous. Each year students has its own hostels. Rooms had single, triple or quadrupled(only in first year) ocuppancy.

After 2 years or 4th semester, the students of all branches become eligible for campus placements. A number of companies are visiting our college like TATA, Wipro, Reliance, etc so many offers are available for the students which is dependent upon the students how much they grab the offer. The highest package is 15 to 18 lakh and the average package is up to 8 lakh which depends on the company and it is increasing or decreasing year by year. 85 per cent of students get placement per year. To get a private job or prepare for a government job.

Generally, placements start from the third year Big companies like Infosys, TCS, Mahindra Group, IBM, and Wipro also come here for campus placement cells. As far as I know, the highest package is above 30lakhs on-campus record And if we talk about the average package then it will be around twelve lakhs. And everyone gets placed in the IT branch, almost sixty per cent in all other branches get placed after passing out from here.
