Internship and Project works

Remarks :

OJEE or JEE are the entrance exams needed for admission. To find the application form there is a website called www.kmips.com. If you get interested in college in any round then reserve it with giving fees of 10k or 5k for ST/SC. If you want a scholarship then you should be ST/SC/OBC or apply for TFW while joining the college

Course Curriculum Overview :

B.pharma is a good course if you want to do business or paramedical studies. In this course, we learn about Medicines which are basically essential parts of human resources. In our college, the faculty-student ratio is 5:60. Faculty are well qualified and help you with project works and practicals gradually. The exams are Semester wise and there are practical exams & internal exams before the main exam.

Internships Opportunities :

We have to do internships of our own. There are two types of internships: hospital and Company. In the hospital, our roles are as Pharmacists where we learn dispensing of drugs. In industry/company, we can go to QA, QC, or production. Where quality checks and manufacturing etc.

Placement Experience :

From the 3rd Sem, students are eligible for campus placements but it was recommended that students after the 5th Sem should attain campus placements. MacLeod's company, Cline India for course and learning, etc. came to colleges. So many seniors and pass-out students have joined the company. 10K to 12K per month are being offered as freshers. 40-50% of students get placements as there are tough exams. I am studying MBA after my B.pharma as my goals are business related.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

My fee was 60000 in 2021 but with time it increases for new batches. SC/ST gets 40000 per year and OBC used to get 21000 per year. Campus and jobs are there once in 2 years. basically in even years. When I was in my third year there was Campus from Macleod company and now also there are many campus opportunities in our college.

Campus Life :

There are two types of fest Freshers Party and Farewell Party. The Manly Fresher party took place in the month of September and the Farewell in February-March. There are lots of books available in the Library there are also questions from the previous year for reference. PCI syllabus books with test papers are also there. One needs a Library card to take books home.

Hostel Facilities :

There are only hostel rooms for girls boys have to search for PGs nearby. The college location is Chhend, Odisha so there are so many availabilities of rooms nearby for students Starting rent is 1000 per person or 5000 per room wise. Hostel rooms are provided with beds, fans, racks, tables, public aqua guards, and Two attached bathroom toilets on every floor of the hostel. A non working or randomly working elevator is there. For hostel registration you have to contact Hostel Supritendent and Financial Manager of College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum and the faculty members are good. A curriculum is all the different courses of study that are taught in a school, college, or university. Our faculty members are friendly and they are very talented. Our student ratio is nearly about 400. The teaching methods of the faculty are also good and they are highly qualified and experienced people.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty are assigned to teach required courses, based on experience, preferences, and seniority. They also may propose elective courses that are then put through the curriculum approval process. Younger faculty might teach more of the less favoured required courses, and more senior faculty teach more advanced courses and electives. Sometimes all faculty are needed to cover many sections of a required core course. Sometimes faculty rotate assignments such that all individuals get a chance to teach intro and advanced courses and electives over a number of years. Sometimes only one faculty member has the expertise to teach a specific required course (this would be rare at the university level where most have a doctorate in their field).
