Fun with studies together at Nottingham

DV

Modules offered in the particular program stood out for me. University was selected based on Global rankings of University and it was under the Russell Group.

Course Curriculum :

The modules under this course were recently updated and following the British Psychological Society guidelines. Really informative and engaging structure and methods of teaching. Lots of research experience as the course was more research based. No industry exposure except for practical application of concepts/theories using real life case studies.

Exams :

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50-60%. IELTS overall minimum score 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in any band

Placement :

Definitely can go for PhD. Post-study career prospects are dicey to comment on due to the pandemic. Many opportunities but high competition in UK. In India, Organisational Psychology is an upcoming field so there must be good prospects. The University has a Careers' and Employability Service which is average. There are many Employability boosting opportunities to enhance your CV. The Careers' service is not that helpful in job-hunt.

Events :

3 beautiful campuses. Amazing infrastructure. Lots of social activities. The Students' Union is very proactive in organising events. Lots of societies to choose from. Many libraries with ample of study space and broad range of resources. Campus wifi available everywhere. Really good and modern sports facility. Uni of Nottingham names Sports University of the Year 2020. World class sports facilities and societies.

Scholarship :

No

Faculty :

Very friendly, supportive and helpful faculty. We could just drop a mail and they would be ready to set up a meeting if required. Responsiveness is amazing. Very knowledgeable because of their experience in organisations and academia.

Campus Life :

Really good experience. Lots of social activities to engage with students from various backgrounds. The course was highly enjoyable and fun with the assessments. Amazing University. Lots of facilities to support mental health. Value for Money course.

Hostel :

Off Campus student accommodation (Nottingham Two - Student Roost). Stayed in a studio which is not sharing. Really good facilities and excellent support staff. Better than most off-campus student accommodations. Would recommend any Student Roost accommodation for their posh facilities and social events.
