University of Glasgow is comes under top 100 universities in the world and the life science department is one of the best.
Course Curriculum :
The course was very beneficial for continuing my research career because I was able to get work in two different labs during my course and were able to do hands on training on most recent technologies.
Exams :
Need IELTS and I scored 7.5. For Master in Research my prior research background were beneficial.
Placement :
The chance for getting to research position bis high after completing the course. I am currently working for the university after my masters
Events :
Along with studies University provide lots of extracurricular activities. I was able to get Graduate skills Award from the Uni for personal development.
Scholarship :
I received Joseph Lister India Scholarship from University of Glasgow. I got a Fee waiver of £5000. I didn't apply for this particular scholarship, along with the application you will be automatically enrolled for some of the scholarship from University. Some specific scholarship you have to apply seperately.
Faculty :
We were assigned with 3 coordinators for the program and they were easily approachable for everything. All the faculties were friendly and approachable. It was very supporting environment during my entire course.
Hostel :
I took University accomodation. University website provide details and it helped me to choose accomodation.
